Beneficiaries Application
Applicants that are interested in joining our Genkai Impact program, please fill out the form below and a representative of our Genkai Impact team will get in touch with you. Beneficiaries ages 6-17 must have a Parent/Guardian permission to apply.
The questions on this application form are created to allow us to get to know our applicant better, but to also allow us to gather the information we need to find a program best suitable for future beneficiaries. If your child is too young to answer some of these prompting questions, please answer as many of them as you can to the best of your ability.
