Our company is currently transitioning from a made-to-order system to a to a full inventory system. We are currently experiencing delays from the transition that will last for about 6 weeks. We will update everyone when those delays are over and when our production times go back to normal.

After the order has been through the processing stages and is completed for shipment, orders for the United States that have an uploaded tracking number will take approximately 3-5 days for delivery.

Once an order is completed and has been shipped from our facility, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided for the order that will include the tracking information and order details. Time frames are not included in these emails, but you can find the information on expected time waits on several areas of our website and our social media networks.

Any and all refund, return, and exchange inquiries can be sent through the contact form or through our email (genkaifightwear@gmail.com). A customer service representative will then evaluate the requests and determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges to be processed. Please allow up to 3-5 businesses days for responses. Although we will always try our best to respond to these inquiries quickly due to the sensitive nature of return and exchange timelines. Refunds and Exchanges are given at the discretion of Genkai Fightwear.

All of our items are created with the intention to be durable and sustainable for our athletes that participate in rough sports like jiu-jitsu and mma. While we understand the needs of many practitioners, we also understand that not all products can be fully guaranteed to be indestructible. In order to ensure longevity of our products we have a few instructions you can follow to make sure you get the most use out of your garments. 1. Gentle Wash Cycles Only. 2. No harsh chemicals. 3. Turn inside out before washing. 4. Tumble dry low or no heat preferably.

All of our Genkai Fightwear listings are created with rashguard mockup ups with our designs placed on the mock up to give the customers a generalized idea of what a product is intended to look like. We will always try our best to get the closest possible match for our garment printing. Due to normal deviations in the factory printing process, and computer screen specs varying for different screens, please expect slight variations in the colors. Some garment prints might be slightly lighter or darker but they will always be true to the original design. When products go through quality control, we inspect each order to make sure that the colors are up to par. If during production, we find large discrepancies in design, we will always find a way to solve the design issue. At the end of the day, we create these designs with our whole heart and will always make sure that customers receive their gear the way we intend it.

Our adult rashguards are all considered compression fit and if ordered true to size will fit tight because of the compression feel. Because fit for training is a preference that is subjective to athletes across the board, we always recommend that customers order a size up if you are still looking for that tapered look but with more wiggle room. Our rashguard material is fairly lightweight and breathable so even with a compression feel, training should still be a comfortable experience. Please keep in mind that design cuts for men and women rashguards are different because of body types. If you are a woman, and would like to order from the mens sizing, ordering one size down generally works. Men’s sizing is also considered Unisex Sizing. If you are still unsure about what size to choose, we do offer size charts on every listing. International shipping orders are placed on a case by case basis. We recommend international customers to contact us directly if they would like to place an order. International orders need to be placed this way because we want to make sure we have full communication with our customers on sizing, customizations, design colors, shipping times, delivery costs (depending on locations) and customs information. All international customers (outside of the US) can contact us directly at genkaifightwear@gmail.com - Once all the order details have been laid out with the customer, an official order listing will be made with all the agreed upon details to ensure an official and legal transaction that customers can trust.
